Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State is a man who likes to engage in the celebration of life.
Last Saturday, he showed the world again that he would go to any length to make his children happy in life with all that God has given him.

It was at the traditional wedding of his son, Babatola Ayotola, to his beautiful, Oghenetega.
For both families, it was indeed a  remarkable moment, as top dignitaries from all walks of life  stormed the upscale Landmark Events Centre, venue of the traditional wedding.
Many who attended the event confirmed that Akeredolu wowed with his commanding sense of hospitality, as the gaily dressed guests were treated to continental, Chinese and local delicacies and expensive wines that flew continually like a river.

In fact, the governor spared no money to give his son a wedding fête that will not be forgotten in a hurry.
Among the dignitaries present at the  high-octane wedding were the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo; National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu; former interim national Chairman of APC, Chief Bisi Akande; Minister of Labour and Productivity, Dr Chris Ngige;  Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun.

Others are: Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai;  Kwara State Governor, Alhaji Abdufatai Ahmed; Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola; former Ekiti State Governor and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Segun Oni;  the Chairman of APC in Ondo State, Engr Ade Adetimehin; Candidate of the AD in the last election in Ondo State, Olusola Oke;  National Vice Chairman Southwest, Pius Akinyelure and Ondo State Deputy Governor, Alfred Agboola Ajayi.

Many first-class traditional  rulers including Deji of Akure, Oba Aladetoyinbo, Olugbo of Ugbo Kingdom, Oba Fredrick Akinruntan, Osemawe of Ondo, were also in attendance .
